My role as your organisation’s guest coach and trainer

I’m a professional credentialed coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), an ICF Mentor Coach and Trainer. I’m a certified Executive Coach, workplace wellbeing advocate, Yale University Science of Happiness partipant and a Mental Health First Aider. I am an avid supporter of career development and inclusion in schools as a two-term elected school governor and am currently an elected committee member of the Women Solicitors Network.

I coach and deliver bespoke training for organisations on a range of topics to encourage sustained motivation, conscientiousness, team harmony and to promote success.
