A Brief History

My career began as a lawyer in a global city law firm. A strong people-person, I elected to shift careers and started to work with senior lawyers, supporting them closely to secure new opportunities. I worked equally closely with law firms to uncover their strategic needs and acquire the talent they sought.

It was a bespoke, case by case offering to each person I worked with and it was the insights and relationships developed here, as well as my skills, that led me to train with the International Coach Federation. My coaching style was formalised.

“For years, CEOs of some of the most successful and largest companies have relied on executive coaches.

Henry McKinnell, CEO of Pfizer, Meg Whitman, CEO of eBay, and David Pottruck, CEO of

Charles Schwab & Co., are just a few who rely on a "trusted adviser.” The Business Journal

What You Can Expect: An Introduction

I am certified as a coach, a mentor coach and a trainer. I work independently, as a consultant and with associate coaches. I coach and present on a range of topics to encourage sustained motivation and to promote success: topics include mindset blocks/limiting beliefs, imposter syndrome, stress management and wellbeing, resilience, procrastination, networking, presentation skills, effective communication, time managment, emotional intelligence, effective team management/conflict, and a more productive and diverse workplace culture. This includes speaking at Toastmasters International, NatWest, Radio Harrow, local government, Resonance FM, Purple Coach Conversations, London Business Partnership, the South Asian Lawyers Society, the Women Lawyers Division and Barristers' Chambers. A recent blog for The Law Society can be found at Stop, imposter! Imposter syndrome in the legal profession | The Law Society.

In addition to facilitating a coaches network, and women in business network, I have supported charities with pro bono coaching to optimise life experience and offer legal career guidance to a state school where I am also a Trust appointed governor. I design and deliver diversity strengthening webinars and coach undergraduates and trainee solicitors in my additional role with leading diversity platform, Aspiring Solicitors. As a coach of various diversity strands, I advocate for the richness of diversity in the workplace at all levels.

I also train individuals, aspiring coaches and managers/leaders in mindfulness and other key coaching skills allowing them to develop their teams even further, quickly. I have studied with leading coach, Andrew Neitlich on his Coach Master Toolkit for Executive Coaches and attended extensive training with the World Business Executive Coaching Summit as well as delivered alongside Professor David Clutterbuck. I'm an ICF mentor coach, mentoring coaches to help them sharpen their skillset as a coach for qualifying purposes.
